By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is designed to help you create, organize, and manage padel tournaments.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for your activity within the App.

No personal account is required to use the App.

If, in the future, we introduce account features, you agree to provide accurate information.

The App offers a Monthly Premium Subscription and a Lifetime Premium Purchase.

All payments are processed securely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

We do not manage or store payment details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via your store account settings.

Refund requests are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies.

The App, its design, features, and content are our property or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App or its content without prior written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once published in the App or on the app store listing.
